The musician is currently facing 10 charges against him for allegedly assaulting and raping a young woman in Perth’s northern suburbs after a nightclub concert in 2024. During his latest hearing, the rapper denied all allegations, and even stated that he “fancied” the woman who has filed charges against him.Here is what we know so far about the case.

According to recent reports shared online by ABC News, the rapper has denied all accusations that have been filed against him. During one of the latest trials in his alleged rape case, Filly took the stand and stated that he “fancied” the woman who has accused him of abuse and rape the night she approached him after the nighclub concert.He also told the court that “she was enjoying my presence”. The woman, who accused the rapper of rape and assault was 20 years old at the time of the incident, and alleged in court that he repeatedly raped her and assaulted her after she went back to his hotel room in Perth. She also shared in her statement that the intercourse was consenual at first, however, the 30 year old later turned violent and assaulted her.The rapper, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has currently denied all 10 charges that have been filed against him in court. He also clarfied that the “vibes were good” between the two of them in the hotel room. He however, had his security personnel take her phone from her as a part of standard procedure to “ensure privacy.” Proof of assault was later presented in court, showing bruising on multiple locations on the woman’s body. He also added, “She’s got quite an amazing personality, bubbly. We were chatting. She was enjoying my presence.”Prosecutor Danielle Clarke also issued her own statement in court, stating, “What should have been an exciting night out meeting her celebrity crush Yung Filly was fun until it wasn’t.
