The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh has extended the registration deadline for Round 1 of the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling 2026.As per the revised schedule, eligible candidates can register from August 13 at 11 pm to August 14 at 2 pm, 2026. Candidates can deposit the registration fee and security money till 5 pm on August 14.Candidates can complete the registration process through the official counselling website, upneet.gov.in. The counselling is being conducted based on candidates’ NEET scores. Seats will be allotted based on the merit list and document verification.The Round 1 counselling is for admission to state quota Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) seats in government and private medical and dental colleges and universities across Uttar Pradesh.

- Visit the official UP NEET counselling website, upneet.gov.in.
- Fill out the registration form.
- Upload the required documents and certificates.
- Pay the registration fee and security money.
- Submit the application form.
- Download the completed registration form and payment receipt.
- Keep a copy of both documents for future reference.
