Same Dr Ben Affleck recently put his trivia skills to the test when he featured on the latest episode of ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.’ Partnering up with Jamie Ding, winner of ‘Jeopardy ’, the actor competed in a team to win USD 1 million for his own charity. During the segment, with one of the questions, Affleck ended up candidly commenting how Matt Damon’s appearance on the show before him helped him with finding out the answer to one of the questions that the host Jimmy Kimmel asked.

While featuring on the latest episode of ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’ with Jamie Ding, Affleck ended up admitting that Matt Damon inspired him to be well prepared for one of the high-budget questions on the show. While competing against Larry David and his daughter Cazzie David, Affleck and Ding went on quite high on the money, reaching the USD 250,000 question mark.For the question, Kimmel asked them, “During the annual Spanish festival El Colacho, men dressed in devil costumes run and jump over what?” While replying to the question, the ‘Batman’ actor revealed that his old friend Matt Damon may have indirectly inspired him to read up about the question. He shared, “So when Matt was on this show, I was sitting there like, ‘I could answer that question. I could answer that,’ you know, like trying to just reassure my insecurity, and he got this question about this New Year’s Eve thing in Spain, and, like, what do you eat with grapes was the answer. And I didn’t know that.”He further shared that he researched a bit about Spain and the festival customs connected to this because of ‘The Odyssey’ actor. He explained, “Cause I said in the beginning, well, I speak Spanish, and I know a little bit about the Spanish-speaking world, and I thought, ‘Oh God, that would’ve been embarrassing.’ And I googled these customs and stuff that happened. And this was one of them.”He concluded, “This is a tip to Matt Damon. Thank you, Matt”, to which Kimmel joked about and replied by saying that they would have to edit it out of the final program cut.During the game, they were also asked about a popular fast food chain and one of their specific items, to which Affleck admitted that he ate a lot from there. However, the duo still missed out on the question and had to use one of their lifelines.The final two questions for Affleck and Ding will be aired on Wednesday, July 29, at 8 PM ET on ABC.
